Absa branches now offer legal cover

The service offers three main benefits - Basic, Mediation and Litigation.

With the basic benefit, policyholders are entitled to free legal advice on any matter. It also provides cover for matters that occurred prior to the commencement of the policy. Mediation benefit entitles policyholders to free legal advice and informal mediation for the full term of the policy on any legal matter that arises after the commencement date. Litigation benefit includes cover for court proceedings (criminal, civil, family or labour) and where physical representation is required.
