Both the app and the tracking device has SOS buttons which can be initiated in the event of an emergency. The registered member can select any five individuals which will be informed when a SOS is activated. The system will email those individuals with a direct real time location link of the person in need and also with all his details such as medial aid, next of kin, allergies, extra info.
With all the position data captured from either the smartphone or tracking device the platform can now use this info to create tracks with track statistics such as elevation graphs, average speed, top speed, distance travelled and time etc.
It has a live weather feed and an Active page where the member can utilise webcams all over the world to see live outdoor and social activity taking place. On this page there is also a Hotspot section where anyone can log down a point to tell other users if a specific point is a danger spot.
Furthermore, members can upload photos and video footage onto their profile and in combination with there tracks share all of it to their Journal where they can decide if they want to share the info privately, publicly or on Facebook.
