Inspiration transformation

Ruche Capital will acquire a 20% share in Inspiration and has nominated Aziz Kader - well known business leader and ex-Strategy consultant - to represent them on the Inspiration Board. Once the transaction is completed and Aziz joins Inspiration as Chairman, Inspiration will be black-owned with 50% + 1 of shares in black hands. The sectors scorecard calls for only 25% ownership next year, growing to 45% by 2014.

Established in 1993, Inspiration has grown steadily in reputation and client base. In addition to the full range of marketing and communication services Inspiration currently offers, Aziz is applying extensive experience in business consulting to establish an independent business consulting company within the Inspiration Group.
