Marcus Brewster Publicity to market Val de Vie Winelands Estate

The Gatekeeper Group has appointed Marcus Brewster Publicity Cape Town to launch a R2-billion luxury development in the Cape Winelands, known as the Val de Vie Winelands Lifestyle Estate.

Val de Vie will present an unprecedented investment and lifestyle opportunity, with the official launch to the public taking place in October this year. Plots will range in price from R990 000 to R2.3-million.

Val de Vie will also function as a fully operational wine farm. Estate facilities include polo fields, fly-fishing, tennis, squash, gym, gourmet restaurant and cigar bar and a boutique hotel.
