Executive Driver

Purpose

Provide safe transportation to CEO from one location to another, must follow traffic laws and correct route and ensure that there is always enough gas in the tank for every destination. 

Key responsibilities:

Day to day 

• Transport CEO to and from destinations 
• Arrive at destinations on schedule 
• Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays 
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route 
• Flexibility in working hours - the ability to work during weekends and evenings 

Procedures and laws 

• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations to avoid accidents or incidents. 
• Good knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and city routes 
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials. 
• Ensure that all required vehicle documents, such as licenses, insurance, and registration, are up to date and valid. 
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures, including first aid and crisis response. 

Facilitate advertising requirements 

• Liaise with the production teams to deliver outdoor advertisements 
• Refuel and clean vehicle. 
• Keep activities log and log hours. 
• Report mechanical problems 
• Keep driver licence up to date. 
• Keep mileage records and repair records up to date

Desired experience and qualifications

• Matric or similar qualification NQF 4 
• Valid driver’s license 
• PDP
