Head of Engineering

We're looking for a Head of Engineering who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to drive engineering excellence across our technology landscape.

You'll work within a modern engineering ecosystem that includes:

• Java
• Salesforce and apex
• RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations
• GitHub, CI/CD and automation
• Test-driven development (TDD)
• Agile delivery practices
• Scalable enterprise architecture
• Security-conscious engineering
• AI-Assisted development workflows

What we're looking orf

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong technical foundation
• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• Salesforce/apex experience highly advantageous
• Proven experience leading architecture and technical decision-making across teams
• Experience building and maintaining modern CI/CD and deployment pipelines
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and maintainable system design
• Track record of mentoring, coaching, and growing engineering talent
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities

Bonus points:

• Salesforce certifications (platform developer I preferred)
• Platform developer II, application architect, system architect, or technical architect certifications
• Penetration testing or security engineering experience
• Front-end development exposure
• Large-scale API and integration architecture experience
• Agile/scrum leadership experience
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery
