Software Quality Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years' experience as a Software Quality Engineer.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, for example JIRA and Xray.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Windows applications and Web applications.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with defect management software and procedures.
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation cycles.
• 8+ years of experience and knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Document processing/ECM experience preferred.
• Financial sector experience preferred.
• Standard office working conditions plus flexible hours to support North American time zones.

Reference number for this position is GZ61467 which is a permanent remote position, offering a salary of R864K per annum, negotiable based on experience and ability.
