Senior PolyGlot JavaScript AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior PolyGlot AI Engineer. Not someone who can recite architecture patterns from a conference talk. Someone who's lived through them.

You've seen microservices save a company and you've seen them create 47 services where three would have done the job. You've built distributed systems.

You've debugged production incidents.

You've deployed fixes while your coffee went cold.

And somewhere along the way, you've learned that every technical decision is a trade-off.

You'll probably thrive here if you:

• Have 8 to 10 + years building and operating production backend systems
• Have deep experience with:
• Microservices
• Domain-driven design (DDD)
• Test-driven development (TDD)
• Event-driven architecture
• CQRS
• .Net
• Java
• C#
• Typescript
• Go
• Node.js
• Saga
• Circuit breakers
• Clean architecture
• More importantly, you know when not to use them

Bonus XP:

• Frontend literacy with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Production experience with LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, and evaluation frameworks
• MCP, vector databases, prompt engineering, cost optimisation, and AI observability
• Experience leading a small team, mentoring engineers, or owning a product domain

Deep experience with cloud-native systems:

• AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Containers and orchestration
• Infrastructure as code
• CI/CD pipelines
