I am an innovative person, I have learned so much about innovation and adapted it which shows how to recognize leading-edge opportunities, create products, services, and businesses and successfully launch them in the market place. Being innovative shows me just what I need to know to stay competitive in a shifting marketplace, from that point I have learned to innovate, the means of developing or coming up with something new, not just a new idea.
I know how to play a big role in a team, I have played a role in my Development software project 3 in my 3rd year 2009 I was a team leader/Project Manager. I was an innovator which is coming up with a solution to a problem and in a company it is all about problem solving, may include entrepreneurs, who gets ideas for products and services and then pull together the resources needed to bring them to market marketers and advertisers, who find or create newer needs to grab customers' attention and purchasing power. In reality I've gained certain skills like "Deal With Decline" of course a client in the industry will sometimes decline the software product that he/she asked you to design for him, deal with decline helps to see decline as a natural stage in the product life cycle.
I also have skills of brainstorming, which is important when working as a team which is usually done in a group. And also to avoid putting good resources into a bed idea, when you realize that the product or service isn't going to work, stop developing it, that's like pushing of something that customers won't buy. Another skill which is very important that people tend to ignore is a listening skill, which helps, like an idea generation program these include ideas that you and I get by listening to your salespeople and tracking your competitors.
