Helped with tpii to sparrow conversion (for NBC)
This included helping with data analysis to convert from
an oracle database to a b-tree database and doing initial
problem solving while the new system was being launched
and mentoring a staff member during the initial period to
take over the problem solving role.
The new system was also using a unix operating system.
