Show profile Hide profileI was a part of a Professional Services team of Consultants responsible for Wholesale Billing Management Systems(WBMS) Implementations; Requirements Elicitation, documentation of Functional, Technical and System Administration Requirement Specifications etc.
As part of the WBMS - Interconnect and Financial Manager team, my responsibility was to transform Requirements brought to shore by my seniors (Snr/Business Consultants) into a sound solution to a client's query. I analyzed and designed a comprehensive solution to unique client problems on unique platforms.
The implementation process involved a fundamental understanding of unix/linux shell scripting, oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Java background and system configuration, installations and business factors from root cause to the final solution, quality assurance, and support.
