I have six months experience as a FOH Concierge and am able to book tours, transfers, flights and compile itineraries. I also have three years experience in customer service.
I have extensive experience in using the internet, Microsoft Word and Exel and vast experience in data capturing. I currently reside in Cape Town, I am however willing to move and am available to start immediately.
