Career background
As of 24 June 2017 until the 2nd August 2017, I began working for a company called Enav8 Field Marketing as a Project Assistant. I was part of a Project Group that was responsible for Smartphone battery testing as well as software flashing on three separate projects. The first of which was Blackberry Z10. The second was ATK 5z Sync, and the last and most recent project was Azumi Kirei.
Prior to joining Enav8 Marketing, I worked as a technician for Smartfix PTY Ltd (Bedfordview Branch) which is a specialist repair centre for smartphones and tablets, a company where I spent 5 months from 04 March 2016 to 11 August 2016 after obtaining my CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification in December 2015.
In my time working for Smartfix, I had exposure to Apple devices. I also had exposure to Samsung and Sony Xperia tablets where I was responsible for software backup and restore. I was also responsible for performing repairs on laptops and PCs.
I feel that my previous experience is relevant because it better equipped me in how to interact with satisfied and impatient clients as well as technical problems that are encountered when using smartphones, tablets, and iPads note and Macbooks. I also learned the skill of troubleshooting by eliminating problems one-by-one.
I am highly skilled in hardware and software as well networks. I am semi-skilled in Cisco router and switch configurations. I am proficient in two programming languages, namely, Visual C# and Java.
I am bilingual and I feel that I am that the perfect candidate for this position because I am a well-spoken and a goal driven individual who always puts in 100% effort in all tasks. I am someone who is a team player but also someone who can work individually and or under supervision. I am someone who is willing to always go the extra mile and I can work extremely well under pressure. I also have the meet the requirements for the advertised position as well as the qualifications. I also feel that if hired, it would be a great platform to showcase my knowledge and skills.
