I have been Project Management as well as in Business Process Re-engineering field for some time and have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge in the Project Office space.
Summary: to coordinate the implementation of the Programme and ensure the achievements of its outcomes and outputs.
To facilitate alignment and coherence in the joint implementation of the Programme.
To analyse programme results and lessons learned and identify best practices to be used in future similar projects.
To communicate the strategy including the disseminination of information concerning the Programme activities.
