Kgomotso is passionate about developing the arts and culture sector from an organisational point of view. Apart from the project management work she does, she has a wonderful family that makes it all worth it.
Kgomotso le Roux has about 13 years experience in the world of work. Her interest in marketing began when she worked for Meta4 Marketing and Advertising. At the Southern African Music Rights Organisation (SAMRO), Kgomotso enjoyed building relationships with highly influential music practitioners whilst enjoying exposure to the legal aspects of the music business. Here she worked in a team organising international meetings, workshops and events. She went on to be the managing member of IKS Consulting & Promotions. A proud wife and mother of 3, she is a member of the Businesswomen's Association of South Africa. Kgomotso graduated from Witwatersrand University with an Ethnomusicology Bmus degree. Recently, she completed the Expand Your Business course accredited by the International Labour Organisation.
