I was responsible for general human resource administration such as shortlisting, data capturing personnel information and filing, administration of employment equity and workplace skills plan reporting. On the sales side I was responsible for managing forward booking and bookings file for advertisements in Imag/Mytyd magazines, managing the billings process from start to finish, managing and updating calendar of advertorial material deadlines, sending out weekly voucher copies of magazines to clients, Customer Relationship Management administration. This was a deadline driven process.
