Show profile Hide profileGabriel joined Schindlers in January 2013 as a first year Candidate Attorney. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 17 March 2014. Gabriel currently works under the guidance of Chantelle Gladwin and David Hepburn and has been promoted to the position of associate effective as of January 2014.
Gabriel practices mainly in property law, including but not limited to, litigation against the City of Johannesburg over client's billing disputes and by providing Sectional Title law advice to Body Corporates and Home Owner Associations.
In addition to the aforementioned practice areas, Gabriel advises clients in Company law and Company secretarial work (for profit and non-profit companies), Intellectual property law including the registration of trade marks as well as litigating over same, general Tax law advice (local and international), the drafting of wills, establishment of trusts, administration of deceased estates and general High Court and Magistrate's Court litigation.
