Overall Administration Duties for the department. Full control over the financial aspects of the department including budget development and management. Maintaining a document database, across 21 operations ensuring that all legal agreements, evidence and documentation is stored both electronically and in hard copy. Gather and consolidate data across 21 operations for Audit Committee Reports presented to the Board Audit Sub-Committee. Managing the financial aspects of the working relationships with our external vendors (locally and Internationally). Management of evidence gathering and central database for large litigation matters such as the MTN Turkcell claim. Liaising with external parties around evidence storage and collection e.g. KPMG. Assist internal departments and external parties e.g. law firms with any queries and projects that they are running.
