People do wonder why I was employed by so many companies and what my reasons for leaving was, the reason for this is that I felt at the time the current offer on the table is a better career opportunity for me and that the current offer on the table can provide me with certifications AND mor knowledge. If a person in IT reach a certain level in his/her IT career, he/she becomes head hunted by the recruitement agencies and better offers and better career opportunities becomes available for him or her, of course, there is one simple phrase for this : "career growth and development".Yes, without this you will still be earning a basic of R3000 p/m.
