Peter Highley to chair SAMRA KwaZulu Natal
Peter Highley has been appointed the new Chair of SAMRA KwaZulu Natal. (SAMRA - the Southern African Marketing Research Association).
Taking up his position immediately, Highley envisions a term filled with activity and a drive towards fulfilling the ambitious strategy and objectives of the energised national body.
SAMRA's overall strategy - resulting from in-depth industry and member research and documented in SAMSTRAT - is to deliver a single minded value proposition of "Quality Research that is essential to Decision Making". This is being done by the election of like mined individuals such as Highley; the development of an on-going series of programmes to overcome the problems of internal governance and culture as well as the strengthening existing services and development new ones; active participation in the research industry in a businesslike manner for commercial gain; attracting new members; stimulating existing member participation, developing and growing dedicated staff and facility infrastructure and marketing SAMRA to key audiences.
