Daniel Lobatón promoted to Saatchi & Saatchi NY CCO

Saatchi & Saatchi New York has promoted its executive creative director Daniel Lobatón to the chief creative officer, replacingTaras Wayner who left the agency in October, Adweek reports.. Lobatón is the first internal employee to be appointed to the top creative role at the agency.

He previously held creative director roles at Third Ear and VMLY&R before joining Saatchi & Saatchi New York in 2017. Since joining the agency, he has been involved in several campaigns within the agency's Tide team.

In his new role, Lobatón will continue to work with the agency's Tide team in addition to his leadership duties, and he will report to Saatchi & Saatchi New York CEO Andrea Diquez.
