Lauren Cole to lead The One Club's inclusion, diversity department
The One Club for Creativity has promoted Lauren Cole to senior diversity programme manager.
In her role as the senior diversity programme manager, Cole oversees all of the organisation's global inclusion and diversity programmes and events. She will also head up the club's annual "Here Are All The Black People" diversity event.
Cole joined The One Club for Creativity two years ago as a programme manager.
