Megapro Marketing changes management structure

Megapro Marketing, a subsidiary of the listed company, Primedia Ltd has announced a change in management structure with the appointment of Monde Tabata as the new Managing Director as of July 1, 2004. Monde Tabata has been the Deputy CEO for the past two years.

George Rautenbach, current CEO and the founder of the company in 1986, will assume the role of Executive Chairman, with effect July 1.

Dave Jenkins was promoted to the position of Sales and Marketing Director. Jenkins will play an important role in the management of the company's SA Rugby Account.

The Board has also announced the departure of Joel Stransky, who has been responsible for managing the SA Rugby Account since 2001.
