Sponsorship of talented young opera singers
The Black Tie Ensemble's Incubator Scheme is an initiative that gives under-privileged Opera/Classical Singers the opportunity to create a career out of their very special talents.
The Black Tie Ensemble's Incubator Sheme was initiated in 2002. This has become our most important project.
We give young, talented students whom do not have the financial means to pursue a tertiary education the opportunity to develop, nurture their talents and create a career.
We give them a three year apprenticeship where they receive daily lessons. These lessons include piano, singing lesson, Italian, German and acting.
During this three year Apprenticeship the students also receive performance opportunities where they can generate their own income as well as gaining performance experience and developing there repertoire.
We currently have 19 students and we are looking for funding of this project for 2010.
