Charity and schools discotheque fundraiser programme

I run a very small entertainment company, called SoundTEQ. Apart from being a discotheque, my core departments also involve other aspects of audio-related work.

One of the departments of SoundTEQ is to be a community outreach and fundraising initiative which uses discotheque entertainment as a basis for raising funds for charities and schools.

The idea behind the project called "lend-a-hand" is a disco and light show, which is held at each hosting charity or school. Open to the public, with 95% of the proceeds being donated to the charity or school. In the form of vitally needed equipment. Not cash donations in order to prevent fraud.

If for instance a 1000 people attend an event, in aid to raise funding for an AIDS home and example ticket fee of R150.00 per ticket x 1000 patrons = R150.000.00

95% of this donated to the aids home, this being R142,500.00 of which only 5% is kept for admin purpose, with things such as maintenance and updating music and transport costs.

However no matter how promising this project would be. There is need for outside help on this project. I've been a professional DJ since I was 21, however do not have the financial backup to support this dream of mine.

Currently the equipment would cost me around R150,085.35 which is high quality audio, lighting and effects equipment including transport cases and other equipment needed for shows.

Then there is a need to transport this equipment, of which a VW crew bus is needed this works out to around R253509.00. Without any maintenance plans or anything else.

So I'd be looking for a sponsor, for not only the gear itself. Yet also a sponsor for the transport.
Sponsors willing to assist, will be greately promoted through logo projection, display of logos as well as outro speeches at end of shows.
Logos with "this sponsored by your logo/company would be added onto transport equipment as well.
