Requirements

• Promote and sell The Perfume Company's Oil-based perfumes directly to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Grow and manage a personal customer base
• Recruit, train, and support new sales team members
• Participate in company promotions, trainings and team events
• Work towards personal and team sales targets
