ISO Certification for Paarl Media

The SABS has awarded Paarl Media KwaZulu-Natal ISO 9001:2008 accreditation - the international standard for quality management systems (QMS). The audit was based on its site, functions, products, services and processes. The QMS requirements are underpinned by eight management principles: a customer focused organisation, leadership, the involvement of people, ensuring a process approach, a systematic approach to management, a factual approach to decision-making, mutually beneficial supplier relations and continuous improvement. Larissa Mathurajh, the company's KwaZulu-Natal HR & SHE (Q) manager, led the team in achieving this accreditation.
