SABC censorship interdicted

On Wednesday 20 July, the High Court in Pretoria interdicted the SABC from enforcing its decision on censorship. The Helen Suzman Foundation approached the High Court calling for the interdict.

This news emerges after recent developments in the SABC's refusal to broadcast violent protests earlier this year.
