Radio Pulpit takes on ICASA
Radio Pulpit has instructed its legal team to bring a review application in the High Court against the Independent Communications Authority of SA (ICASA).This follows ICASA's decision to award a limited broadcasting licence to Radio Pulpit in November, 2008, which restricts the station's broadcasts to the greater Gauteng area, using only one medium wave transmitter that reaches only one-third of Radio Pulpit's listeners. No reason was given for this decision.
