Promoting government priorities

Jet Club magazine is publishing a fully paid-for special 16-page supplement on social grants in southern Africa which will carry no advertising. The supplement aims to assist in delivery by providing an essential guide for potential applicants, including the latest information on who qualifies, conditions to qualify, where to claim grants and the process of claiming - how long, how much it is possible to claim for, and how to spend it wisely. Jet Club special projects editor, Noluthando Gweba, says: "Aimed at empowering people by providing accurate information in simple, concise language, it is, in a sense, a form of nation building, a means of strengthening communities and making a difference to ordinary people's lives."
