Chef Alexander Herrmann creates dragon feet and more for Lufthansa's kid's menu

Chef Alexander Herrmann has created a special kid's menu for German airline Lufthansa. The meals - which includes rice pudding mouse, dragon feet and hen house - are available on long-haul flights as well as long European flights from Germany.

The dragon feet are poultry sausages served with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes and the rice pudding mouse is a composition of creamed rice pudding and raspberries. The new children's menus may be ordered free of charge in advance for children under the age of 12 up to 24 hours before departure.
