Capital Hotel School is offering a basic cooking course to cooking novices. The course will start at its campus in Arcadia, Pretoria on 21 June 2018.

The course spans over six weeks, one night per week, and will cover a range of meal plans including breakfast, lunches and lunch boxes, dinners, and other special occasion meals.
