BA to introduce three weekly direct London-Durban flights
British Airways (BA) will introduce a thrice weekly direct flight from Heathrow Airport in London to the King Shaka International Airport in Durban. This new service, operated by the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, will commence on 29 October 2018.
Currently, the airline also flies a twice-daily service from Heathrow to Johannesburg and daily to Cape Town year-round. This route expansion forms part of BA's £4.5bn five-year customer investment plan.
