SANParks adjust prices in line with VAT increase

The South African National Parks (SANParks) indicated that its tariffs will be adjusted in line with the recent 1% increase in value-added tax (VAT). The adjusted tariff prices will be implemented on 1 April 2018.

SANParks had consulted South African Revenue Services (SARS) for guidance in applying the increase. The adjusted prices include accommodation, activities, conferencing, conservation fees, and Wild Card membership.
