S.Pellegrino Young Chef Grand Finale to take place in May

The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Grand Finale will take place from 11-13 May 2018 in Milan, Italy.

Twenty-one young chefs from all over the globe will showcase their culinary skills and creativity for the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 award.

In order to win the prize, the chefs will prepare and submit their respective signature dishes to a jury of seven renowned chefs.

Vusumuzi Ndlovu is the only South African to take part in the challenge.
