ACSA warns against tender scam
Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has sent out an alert after it uncovered a tender scam using its name. ACSA was made aware of the scam by bidders who had responded to requests sent by email.
The email is sent to bidders requesting them to send quotations or to deliver goods. These emails also require bidders to respond to tenders by depositing an amount into a bank account in order to receive full tender documents.
ACSA has urged any bidder or potential bidder who has fallen victim to this scam to lay charges with SAPS.
