Inter Hotel Challenge winners announced at gala dinner
The fifth annual Cape Legends Inter Hotel Challenge gala awards dinner was held at the Southern Sun Cape Sun on 5 August 2017. The competition aims to provide a vehicle and public platform for creating an environment of mentorship for the country's hospitality industry.
Beverly Hills' Eugene Ramcharan was named the Best Chef for 2017. As part of the award, Ramcharan won a three-week visit to Dubai with The Marriott Ritz-Carlton Hotel and its flagship JW Marriott Marquis.
