International visa applications for Ethiopia may now be done online

The Ethiopian department of immigration and nationality affairs and Ethiopian Airlines have launched an online international visa application platform. The e-visa service is available to international visitors and consists of a single web page that allows for application, payment, and the securement of a visa.

Once the application has been approved, applicants will be informed via email and will have their passports stamped once they arrive in Addis Ababa.
