Leeu Collection partners with celeb chef for international expansion
The Leeu Collection has partnered with Indian celebrity chef and restaurateur, Ritu Dalmia, as it looks to expand globally with the roll out of an international restaurant portfolio. The first two restaurants are to open in Milan, Italy in the latter part of 2017 and the United Kingdom in 2018.
The global expansions are in line with the increasing hospitality footprint of the Leeu Collection's founder Analjit Singh.
