Julia Situma and Farzanah Harris to represent Table Bay at the 2017 Inter Hotel Challenge
Sun International Table Bay has selected wine steward Julia Situma and chef Farzanah Harris as its representatives for the Cape Legends & Artisan Spirits Inter Hotel Challenge. Situma will be mentored by Heinrich La Meyer and will be the hotel's spirits and wine pairing representative while Harris will trained by Table Bay executive chef, Jocelyn Myers-Adams as the hotel's culinary representative.
The Table Bay candidates will participate in several workshops in the lead up to the Cape Town leg of the cook-offs in June during which they will compete against teams from other prestigious hotels. The national awards dinner will take place in August.
