Nomination forms for the 2012 Shoprite Checkers Women of the Year need to be picked up from the group's stores or online, as the closing date is Thursday 26 April 2012. The nominees should be entered into one of the five categories: Health Care-Givers; Educators; Socio-Economic Business Developers; Good Neighbours Against Crime and Youth Movers.
