Richard Bosman wins gold at Aurora International Taste Challenge 2020
Smoked Streaky Bacon and Pepper Fuet by Richard Bosman's Quality Cured Meats have been awarded Double Gold respectively at the recent Aurora International Taste Challenge 2020. Quality Cured Meats' Prosciutto has also been awarded Gold.
The Aurora International Taste Challenge aims to provide consumers with a trustworthy reference to professionally rated, high-quality goods. The panel of judges was convened by Celia Gilloway and included Marzanjah Ackermann, Pete Goffe-Wood and Enid Hinrichsen.
