Famous Brands, Ringgold terminate agreement on Kruger Park restaurants
A dispute between Famous Brands and Ringgold, the franchisee of the Mugg n Bean and Debonairs restaurants at the Satara, Letaba and Olifants camps in the Kruger National Park, has led to the termination of an agreement between the two parties and the Ringgold's subsequent loss of the right to use the Famous Brands trademarks.
The South African National Parks has its own dispute with Ringgold, which is set for arbitration later this year.
