Shockwave Flash Clash ends in draw
The second CON-FLIC-WON Flash developers' competition was held at La Med in Camps Bay, Cape Town, on 27th March. JP Gouws and Ethan Crous had a week to design a Flash-based music video to a chosen track by the band MOODPHASE5IVE. The audience vote resulted in a tie. The two then had to design "something like DNA" using Flash live on stage, only to be voted, once again, into a tie.
The event is organised by Radical Rollover and is sponsored by Macromedia and SA distributors, Direct Distribution Services. Further JHB and CPT ConFlic events are expected to be held in June this year.
