Johnnic media interests not for sale
Johnnic Holdings has dismissed recent rumours that it had put its media interests up for sale, including stakes in Caxton, BDFM (publishers of Business Day and Financial Mail) and the Sunday Times. Johnnic chief operating officer Jacob Modise said on Monday that Johnnic is continuing to explore different ways of unlocking value for its shareholders but that no transactions are imminent.
