Acting chief for ICASA

Stan Mamaregane has been appointed as acting chief executive of the Independent Communications Authority of SA (ICASA), writes Business Report. This follows the resignation of Jackie Manche on 22 December 2006, who left before the disciplinary hearing concerning allegations of violating the Public Management Act could be finalised.
