Lesotho to host MISA AGM

The Lesotho chapter of the Media Institute of Southern Africa (MILES) will host this year's Annual General Meeting of its parent organisation, MISA, in Maseru in August 2004. It will be the first time that Lesotho has hosted MISA's AGM. MISA is a non-governmental organisation with members in eleven Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries. Officially launched in September 1992, MISA primarily focuses on the need to promote free, independent, and pluralistic media.
