Nail's merger with Kagiso Media
Nail's merger with Kagiso Media could propel the black empowerment group into media big league, giving it three radio FM licences and a minority stake in a fourth.
Nail already has control of two FM stations - KFM in Cape Town and Jacaranda in Pretoria. If the merger is approved, it will gain control of East Coast Radio in KwaZulu-Natal and gain a minority stake in the OFM station.
