AAA student wins design competition

AAA School of Advertising third year Graphic Design lecturer, Carmen Schaefer with winning student, Bheki Mduduzi Yende, and Dr Ludi Koekemoer, AAA School of Advertising principal and MD.

AAA School of Advertising Final Year Graphic Design student, Bheki Mduduzi Yende, was recently awarded first prize in the annual House and Leisure/Designers at Mr Price Home competition. Existing in DIY kit form, Yende's interactive product taps into the current fashion of customising, allowing users to create their own wallpaper using the contents. Yende won an international trip valued at R35 000 to 100% Design in London, one of the world's most prestigious design exhibitions.
