People's Weather Channel to screen conservation short films

People's Weather (DStv Channel 180) will air short films focused around conservation in the 2020 Nature, Environment & Wildlife Filmmakers (NEWF) Congress set to take place virtually from 25 to 30 October.

The films are all under 15 minutes long and include filmmakers' personal journeys of discovery, investigative reports on illegal wildlife trade, spiritual connections with marine life, and much more.

The NEWF Short Film Festival showcase will include Azilali - They do not Sleep, Rise from the Cape Flats, Seeking Giants, Ulwandle Lushile, Fighting Rabies - Zambia, When the Forest goes Silent - Nigeria, Save the Pangolin - Mozambique, and many more conservation short films.
